Each shift (Day, Evening, Night) at each facility gets a structured note. Staff add categorized items — Medication, Behavioral, Health, Appointment, Maintenance, General — with optional client links and priority flags.
When viewing the current shift, the previous shift's note appears below for handoff context. Incoming staff can quickly scan what happened and what needs attention.
