Care Plans, ISPs, Consent Forms, Fire Drill Logs, Vehicle Inspections, Medical Records, Certifications, and Other. Each document is categorized and optionally linked to a specific client.
Set expiration dates on certifications and consent forms. Documents expiring within 30 days show amber warnings. Expired documents show red alerts. Never miss a renewal.
Policy documents (Care Plans, ISPs, Consent Forms) can require staff acknowledgment. Staff click 'Acknowledge' after reviewing, and the system tracks who signed, when, with their initials. Pending acknowledgments appear as a badge on the Documents page.
For organizations with Microsoft 365, CareSphere can optionally store documents in a dedicated SharePoint site — auto-provisioned with organized folders per client and category. Your data stays in your M365 tenant.
