My Tasks View

Every staff member sees their personal task list grouped by urgency: Overdue (red), Due Today (amber), Due This Week (blue), Upcoming, and Recently Completed. One-click completion with optional notes. Bulk select for completing multiple tasks at once.

Automated Reminders & Escalation

Configurable per template:

• Reminder email sent 3 days before due date
• Overdue notification on due date
• Escalation to manager 7 days after due date

All timing is configurable. Reminders and escalations create in-app notifications and send email alerts.

Readiness Score

Every organization and facility gets a 0-100 readiness score based on task completion rates, with penalties for overdue (-5 points each) and escalated (-10 points each) items. Scores are graded A through F and displayed on the Director Dashboard.
