Spotted a leaky faucet? AC making a weird noise? Broken window lock? Any staff member can submit a maintenance ticket in seconds — title, description, category, priority, and location.

Category & Priority

Categories: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Appliance, Structural, Other. Priorities: Low, Medium, High, Urgent. HIGH and URGENT tickets automatically email administrators.

Assignment & Tracking

Admins assign tickets to staff, update status (Open → In Progress → Completed → Closed), and add comments. The submitter is notified when their ticket status changes.

Click any ticket to see the full description, facility, location, submitter, assignee, and a comments thread — just like a help desk ticket.
